Why red velvet when you can pink velvet? To kick off @cupfullofcoco, we embarked on a Sunday Funday baking day and whipped up these ridiculously tasty pink velvet cake pops!
1 box pink velvet cake mix
(If the mix calls for): 3 Eggs, 1 stick of butter
1 jar of cream cheese frosting
2 bars of white chocolate
Bake your cake as you usually would. We went for a 9-inch round cake.
Mix 2/3-1 whole cup of the cream cheese icing into your cake. The more icing you mix, the softer your balls will be.
Remove your cake pops from the freezer and melt the white chocolate in the microwave.
Dip the cake pops into the white chocolate or drizzle if you prefer.
Garnish with the cake crumbs, store at room temp, and serve!
