Faking Sleep With Eye Masks

If any of y’all have the secret for getting 8 hours of sleep every night and looking completely refreshed the next morning, puh-lease let me know!  I love my sleep, and I can’t stand the feeling of being or looking exhausted in the morning and throughout the day.

Clearly Bebe feels the same way.

I’m completely guilty of staying up way too late doing absolutely nothing on the computer (I literally fall asleep on the computer, wake up in the middle of the night with the lights on and to a dead computer, and repeat the next day).  It’s crazy.

You guys know I’m a huge advocate of skincare – I believe prevention is key, and I don’t let a night pass without washing my face, moisturizing, and going through my skincare routine.  OK, I don’t do my full routine every night, but I make it a point to implement a quality skincare routine that works for me.  A few good products make all the difference.

So, how do I fake the 8 hours of sleep look when I probably got much less?  NOT concealer!  I’ve been addicted to eye gels, and I have no shame walking around the house looking a little crazy in them.

I’ve been using the VII Code O2M Oxygen Eye Mask For Dark Circles and am completely in love.  For me, a good eye mask is all about the sensation and the results.  I love how cooling these feel, and they’re a thick gel texture which feels super rejuvenating under my eyes.

The VII Code Eye Masks are designed to be worn for 8 hours overnight, so you can slap them on before you doze off and just let them do their thing.  Our skin is rebuilding and going through cell turnover at night, so it’s the best time to have a powerful eye mask on to do the trick.

If sleeping in the mask doesn’t work for you, you can pop them on for 2-4 hours during the day while you’re just chilling at home, doing laundry, at the grocery store, WHO CARES!

The masks are alcohol-free and don’t dry out the under eye at all.  I have the most sensitive eyes EVER, and I am always struggling with dry lids and under eyes.  These masks helped keep my eyes moisturized and hydrated while helping brighten dark circles.  A win-win.

I recently took a quick trip to Arizona and LA, and I knew my eyes were going to be going through it with flying and the climate change.  The VII Code Eye Masks are individually wrapped, so I threw in a couple of them (I was nice enough to throw in one for my sister) and they took up zero room in my travel bag.  I was so glad I didn’t need to take a whole container of eye gels or anything bulky – Just a small individually packed pair!

I’ll definitely be bringing a pair of these…or like five…with me in July for one of my best friend’s bachelorette parties.  My friends can thank me later.
